Refund & Returns Policy

Live auctions are binding sales. Because winning bids are commitments to purchase, all sales are generally final. This policy explains the limited circumstances in which refunds or returns are available.

Eligible for a refund

• Item not as described — materially different from the listing (condition, authenticity, or key attributes), reported within 3 days of delivery with photo evidence.
• Not delivered — the item never ships within the stated window, or is lost in transit.
• Verification failure — an item sold as “VG Verified” is later shown to fail authentication.

Not eligible

• Buyer’s remorse or a change of mind after winning a lot.
• Minor variations disclosed in the listing or visible on the live stream.
• Vaulted, redeemed, or digital-twin-transferred assets once redemption/transfer has occurred.

How refunds work

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe. Payment-processing fees may be non-refundable. Return shipping for “not as described” claims is arranged case-by-case. Contact support@bidsniper.xyz with your order details to start a claim.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a payment dispute — most issues are resolved faster directly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.
