Terms of Service — BidSniper Live

Welcome to BidSniper Live (the “Platform”), operated by [Legal Entity] (“we”, “us”). By creating an account, bidding, selling, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Accounts

You must provide a valid email and are responsible for activity under your account. Seller access is granted at our discretion. You must be of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

2. Auctions & bidding

A bid is a binding offer to purchase at the bid amount. The highest bid when a lot closes wins and creates an order you are obligated to pay.
Timers may extend on last-moment bids (anti-snipe). Our auction engine is the system of record for bids, timing, and outcomes.
We may cancel or re-list a lot in cases of error, suspected fraud, or non-payment.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. By paying, you authorize the charge for the winning amount plus any applicable taxes and shipping. Winners must pay promptly; unpaid orders may be cancelled and the bidder’s access restricted.

4. Sellers

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of listings, authenticity claims, lawful ownership, and timely fulfillment. Verification badges and on-chain proofs reflect attestations made at a point in time and are not a guarantee by the Platform.

5. Prohibited items & conduct

No illegal, counterfeit, stolen, recalled, or otherwise prohibited goods. No harassment, fraud, manipulation of auctions, or circumvention of fees. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Fees

We may charge platform/marketplace fees as disclosed at the time of sale. Payment-processor fees may also apply.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount of fees you paid to us in the prior three months.
